White Field Policy

• We ONLY replace items if they are defective or damaged.

• Exchange can ONLY be done with the same product, you can't exchange product A for product B.

• The returned product must be received in its original, unused condition and MUST be in its original packaging, including the product itself, and all attached documents. * Please note, the original White Field box should be enclosed in another bag/box before returning, as to preserve the quality of the original packaging.

• White Field Stationery may refuse to exchange the purchase. This depends on the situation and if a customer made a mass return/exchange which caused operating disturbances.

• Once we receive your return and the product has passed inspection, a new product will be redelivered to the original shipping address.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• No exchanges on sale or discounted items.
